AI for AEC
AI for architecture, engineering and construction
Practical tools for technical offices, built and run by VendorLoc. They speed up repeatable work. An engineer still checks and signs.
The problem we solve
Technical offices spend hours on tasks that follow patterns: filling registers, formatting submittals, chasing status. Generic AI chat tools can draft some of that text, but they do not know your project, they can state wrong things with confidence, and they leave no audit trail.
Our products target specific jobs in the AEC workflow, and each has a clear check by a person before anything goes out.
Our products
- Studio360 (app.vendorloc.com): a platform for AEC firms covering project tracking with financial curves, subconsultant management, workflow-driven invoicing and contract management
- Rapid BIM: AI-accelerated Revit modelling at LOD 300 to 500, with an online calculator for fee and delivery estimates
- Mostadam Exam Simulator (vendorloc.com/mostadam): an open-book practice tool with 697 questions for the Commercial Buildings (D+C) rating system. For practice only, not an official assessment
- Automated shop drawings and 4D simulation, delivered as part of our BIM and planning services for teams that want the result rather than the software

How we work
Pick one task
Start with a repeated task that has a clear check, such as a submittal register or a model audit.
Test on your own documents
We try the tool on your past documents, not on invented samples.
Keep a review step
Every output has a named reviewer. The tool drafts; the engineer approves.
Measure and extend
Look at time saved and errors found, then decide what to add next.

Will AI replace the engineer's check?
No. Our workflows are built around a review step. AI-generated text can contain confident errors, which NIST calls confabulation, so anything that carries professional responsibility needs a person to check it.
Where does my data go?
Studio360 is built for firm use, and our homepage states PDPL alignment. For any other workflow, we agree data handling in writing before we start.
Can I try Rapid BIM before committing?
Yes. The calculator on the homepage gives an instant estimate, and you can email us to confirm scope.
Is the Mostadam simulator an official exam?
No. It is a practice tool and says so on the page.
